What is Electrolysis?
Electrolysis is the process of removing unwanted hair permanently. Using a fine, sterile probe, a controlled current is applied to the base of the hair follicle. Electrolysis destroys the hair follicle’s ability to generate, which minimizes new hair growth.

How long does Electrolysis take?
Treatment sessions vary between each client, but typically range from 15 minutes to over an hour.

How many treatment sessions will I need?
Factors such a hair growth cycles, structure of hair, previous use of temporary hair removal methods, hormones, heredity, certain medications, and stress can impact the client’s treatment plan.

Side Effects of Electrolysis
Immediately following treatment, there may be temporary redness varying by each client.

What does Electrolysis feel like?
Most clients find electrolysis to be a comfortable experience.

Can Electrolysis remove unwanted hair from anywhere on the body?
All areas of the body can be treated except the inside of the ears and nose. Treatment areas can include eyebrows, chin, upper lip, jawline, neck, sides of the face, ears, breasts, underarms, arms, legs, abdomen, back and bikini line.

Can women receive Electrolysis while pregnant?
Yes, treatment can be performed during pregnancy.
